“Talent development” is often what companies do when they look for, and bring in new talent with the intent of helping the artist develop, and with the hope of making money if and when the artist starts making money. “Artist management” is also a business arrangement between an artist and a manager, where the manager is employed by the artist to help them with the business aspects of being a musical artist and performer.
We do something different than either of these, and we call it “artist mentoring.”
With decades of experience as musicians, singers, songwriters, and performers ourselves, “artist mentoring” is something we do to to help artists, and give back to this industry we love so much…without expecting or accepting any payment, ever.
We are so grateful to have had these mentors in our lives from the time we have been teenagers, and now it is our privilege to carry on this tradition.
We love mentoring more than just about anything, so if you ever want to talk about the industry or anything else, just reach out. No contracts, no commitments, no expectations, and no judgement.
